COLABELS SHORTS Terms of Purchase and Use:
Exclusive Purchase: Each COLABELS SHORT is a bespoke 30-second track that is sold exclusively to one buyer for the listed price, starting from €20.

Copyright Ownership: Upon purchase, the buyer acquires full copyright ownership of the music, giving them the right to use and monetize the track for personal branding and business purposes.

Resale Rights: Owners have the right to set their pricing and resell the use of the copyrights when engaging in sponsored collaborations with brands.

One-Time Sale Guarantee: To ensure exclusivity, once a COLABELS SHORT is purchased, it will be marked as "sold out" on our platform and cannot be bought by another buyer.

Usage Scope: The music can be integrated into the buyer’s social media content and may also be transformed into a full-length single for distribution across various platforms, subject to agreement on royalty terms as specified in the 'Royalty Terms' section.

Song Creation and Customisation Process:
Upon purchase extension of a COLABELS SHORTS or a custom single, the customer provides a brief to COLABELS, outlining their specific needs and preferences for the custom music.

COLABELS Sound Architects utilise proprietary AI technology to craft a unique musical piece tailored to the customer's requirements.
Customers benefit from up to five rounds of revisions to ensure the final product mirrors their vision, all included in the initial cost.

Clarity on Delivery Timelines: The preliminary version will be delivered to the customer within 24 hours. Please be aware that it may take up to one week for the music to become accessible on various platforms after the final approval is given.

Additional Corrections: In the event that more than five rounds of revisions are required, additional alterations can be made, subject to an extra charge. The exact cost will be determined by mutual agreement between COLABELS and the customer, based on the complexity and scale of the changes.

No Returns Policy: Due to the unique nature of each musical creation, COLABELS is unable to provide returns or refunds once the music development process has commenced.

Publication Rights: Upon completion and delivery, COLABELS transfers copyright of the music to the customer. However, COLABELS retains a predetermined percentage of royalty rights as stipulated at purchase.

Licensing and Copyright: After the full payment, the customer is granted an exclusive license to use the music for their brand campaigns, which encompasses public performance, broadcasting, and distribution rights as part of the campaign's promotional activities.

Copyright and Third-Party Rights:
COLABELS conducts meticulous inspections using advanced AI algorithms to ensure the custom music is free from copyright infringements and passes major platform copyright filters.

Liability Limitation:
COLABELS's liability for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of custom music is limited, as outlined in the complete terms.

Privacy and Data Protection:
Customer data and information is handled in strict compliance with the COLABELS Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations, ensuring data security and privacy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
All matters relating to these terms shall be governed by Danish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Århus.

Amendments to Terms:
COLABELS maintains the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. Customers will be notified of any significant modifications to the terms.
